However, not only was that assumption wrong, but it- in fact- was way off from reality as we have entered a world where even Artificial Intelligence is seemingly cracking dark jokes! Yes, taking to social media, an internet user shared a screenshot of some texts with ChatGPT. The conversation was about a joke that asked ‘Why was 6 afraid of 7’. Answering it flawlessly, AI’s response read ‘because 7 8 (ate) 9’. The person next asked about the reason behind 10 being afraid, to which the response read ‘Because it was in the middle of 9/11’. Needless to say, the post left many speechless over ChatGPT’s ‘dark humour’.

The post was quick to go viral, pulling all kinds of reactions. Most people recalled and shared their own experiences of dark jokes with ChatGPT, while the rest found the entire thing hilarious. Many also commented on the evolution of AI.

The post was shared on X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘kirawontmiss’. The post was captioned, “Let's cancel chatgpt.” The post was shared today and pulled more than 1M views from people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “Yall is about to turn ChatGPT into a sensitive little b*tch,” a user said. “AI got a sense of humor now we’re cooked,” added a second person. “Chat Gpt got an answer for everything,” added a third person. “And this is why Chat is better than Google,” added a fourth person.

“Let’s cancel ChatGPT so I can keep using it and get better grades than everybody else with less effort,” added a fifth user. “They get super picky what they joke about till it's this tragic event,” added a sixth person. “Why are you even talking to ChatGPT you loner,” commented a seventh person.
