On June 21, the world will commemorate International Yoga Day. Hundreds of people assemble on this day, in particular, to commemorate the importance of yoga and its cultural history. Yoga has been practiced since ancient times and helps individuals stay healthy and active, both mentally and physically.

Celebrities like Nimrat Kaur and Shilpa Shetty, politicians like Anurag Thakur, and Yogi Adityanath have been seen participating in yoga activities on International Yoga Day, but a video of a dog has recently created so much buzz on the internet that netizens are praising this dog for the sweet gesture.

Watch The Video Here:

The dog in this viral video is seen imitating humans during a yoga practice, illustrating the growing popularity of yoga even among our animal pals. He was a German shepherd puppy who mimicked the yoga poses of everyone who was doing yoga. ANI tweeted this video with the caption, "Canine members of the dog unit of ITBP (Indo-Tibetan Border Police) along with ITBP personnel perform Yoga at Pranu Camp in Udhampur, J&K, #9thInternationalYogaDay." Even the 15th ITBP's Dy Commandant, Gourav Shav, tweeted, "Not only our Jawans, but our canine squad, practice Yoga." We use the canine squad for police and order duties; therefore, they must function under pressure.

Within a short period of time after the video was posted on the social media platform, it gained a large number of likes and comments from internet users. One user commented, "Bowwwwww woooowwwwooooo Very Nice to Watch All of Yoi Performing Yoga." Another person said, "This is cute."
