There, he was seen cruising through the streets on a scooter, sharing a fun moment with none other than Indian music legend Arijit Singh.

A recent video has taken social media by storm, featuring Ed Sheeran savouring a traditional lassi, at a local shop. In the viral clip, the singer is seen standing with his crew, capturing the moment on camera while the vendor crafts the delicious drink. The video concludes with the vendor handing over the lassi to Sheeran.

The viral video was shared on Instagram by the user 'believeinarijit,' with the caption, "When Ed Sheeran meets Bengal’s sweetness – a lassi moment in Jiaganj!" Posted just a day ago, the video quickly garnered 691k views from social media users.

Fans flooded the comment section, expressing their admiration for the pop icon. One user wrote, "Both of them are so down-to-earth, with no trace of arrogance. We all deserve such genuine friends in our lives." Another user humorously added, "Yeh galti se bahar paida hogya hai, hai yeh Indian, koi isse Aadhar card do!" A third user shared, "I absolutely loved the gesture of the lassi seller—how sweetly he refused to take money from the legend. That’s the essence of West Bengal’s hospitality." "What is this? Who are these people? How can they be so grounded? I’m totally in love," commented another fan.
