With the aim to contribute to studies on birth ratio, X (formerly Twitter) owner Elon Musk recently made headlines after he reportedly donated a whopping amount of USD 10 million to a fertility and population research project, according to IANS. The donation was given to the Population Wellbeing Initiative (PWI) in US’ Texas. The project is being researched at the University of Texas in Austin.

The 52-year-old billionaire was a father to 10 children, out of whom, the CEO unfortunately lost one of his kids when the infant was just ten weeks old. He currently has 9 kids and is quite popular when it comes to relationships. He has fathered his kids with three different women, one of whom is a pop star while the other is one of the top executives at Neuralink, according to IANS.
Earlier, Musk expressed his concerns over the birth ratio and shared a post on X that read, “A collapsing birth rate is the biggest danger civilisation faces by far.” Believing in the link between IQ and wealth, the billionaire has also asked his rich friends to have more kids.
Musk had his first kid in 2002, with Canadian author Justine Wilson. The 10-week-old kid, Nevada Alexander Musk, died due to sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS). The couple then had twins, Griffin, and Vivian Musk, in 2004 through IVF. The couple used the same method to have triples, Kai, Saxon, and Damian, in 2006 and took divorce in 2008.

The CEO then had a kid with another partner in 2020, and it was later revealed that they had another child in 2021. Musk reportedly also had twins with Neuralink director of operations and special projects Shivon Zilis, according to court documents.
