Likewise the groom, often dreams of making a grand entrance at the venue with an exciting wedding procession. On this special day, the groom is accompanied by family members, relatives, and close friends, with the baraatis dancing to the lively beats of the band Baja. Some even hire professional dancers to make the procession more exciting. Recently, a video of a baraat procession went viral, where it is claimed that the groom’s father hired 20 Russian dancers to dance along with the baraatis.
In the video, the groom, Akshit, can be seen standing in a vintage car with his father. They are surrounded by Russian dancers on all sides. The Russians can be seen in golden glittering outfits and dancing to Indian songs. Absorbingly, no other baraatis can be seen in the video. The beautiful Russian dancers seem to have taken over the road as they perform.
