Viral Video: A viral video from Raleigh-Durham International Airport has sparked outrage after two Frontier Airlines agents were seen mocking a passenger who missed the check-in deadline. The 45-year-old father-of-three arrived 50 minutes before departure, 10 minutes late as per Frontier’s 60-minute rule. When the self-check-in didn’t work, he was asked to pay a $25 “agent assist fee.”
“They all kind of started chiming in, ‘Well, you should have checked the website... ‘it was your fault for not checking the website. Sorry, it’s on you,” he told the New York Post. After some argument, he agreed to pay, but when he muttered, “I’m never flying this sh—y airline again,” one agent refused to help further and said, “How dare you curse at me? I’m not checking you in.”
The situation escalated as agents began filming him and repeatedly mocked, “You thought you were gonna get on your flight?” while laughing.
Following massive backlash, Frontier Airlines confirmed the agents, who worked for a third-party contractor, have been removed from duty: “The individuals in question... are no longer associated with the Frontier account.”

The now-viral video was shared on X (Formerly Twitter) by the handle '@CollinRugg.' The video shared yesterday pulled 10 million views from social media users. The post, after being shared, received significant likes and comments from users.
One user wrote, "Pretty unprofessional on the part of the ticket counter folks. Just let the buyer pay the $25 and rush to make his flight. If he doesn't, then that's on him. No need to be rude and condescending." "Totally unprofessional and inappropriate, rude behavior from your employees in this video. What do you have to say for yourself?" a second user added. " If Frontier doesn't fire these people, everyone needs to stop flying on Frontier," a third user wrote.
"This is why no one wants to fly Spirit or Frontier. Their employees are cousins with Jasmine Crocket," added a fourth user. "I see he was filming her shenanigans, but she was also filming him. I wonder to what end. In my world, we call people like her SDI--self-documenting id10ts. How long can she draw unemployment?" added another user.
