What really caught people’s attention was their song choice, the evergreen romantic classic ‘Pyar Hua Ikrar Hua’ from Raj Kapoor’s 1955 film Shri 420. Their nostalgic performance not only entertained co-passengers but also left social media users smiling, laughing, and even debating whether it was fun or disruptive.
The video, reportedly filmed on the Yellow Line on April 22, sparked all sorts of reactions online. Many users called the moment “wholesome” and appreciated the joyful energy the uncles brought. Some even praised them for spreading smiles in an otherwise dull commute. However, not everyone was on board — a few people labelled it as “public nuisance” and questioned if such acts should be allowed in public transport.
