Noida Gym Viral Video: Gyms are usually a place for fitness but in Noida, one workout session turned into a full-blown fight scene that has now gone viral. A video doing the rounds on social media shows two women clashing inside a gym, leaving everyone shocked. In the viral video, one woman can be seen finishing her squats on the Smith machine while another woman patiently waits for her turn. But before she could step in, a third woman suddenly jumped in to grab the machine. This led to chaos as the waiting woman lost her cool, confronted her and the argument turned into a heated fight.

Within seconds, the two women began fighting, pulling hair and throwing blows at each other in an attempt to claim the machine. The incident stunned everyone around, but other women at the gym quickly rushed in to separate the two and stop things from getting worse.

The entire incident was caught on the gym’s CCTV camera and is now widely shared online. The video has sparked massive discussions outside, proving once again how quickly real-life drama finds its way to social media.

The clip, shared on X by the account “GharKeKalesh” on Monday (September 29), has quickly grabbed attention online. "Cardio hai bhai. Thoda bahut toh hote rehna chahiye," a user wrote. "Body banake kya fayda in the end baal he kheechna ho," a second user wrote. "She should have let the green one go first; she needed it more," wrote a third user.

"Lucky there are no men around, otherwise that man would be in jail," added a fourth user. "You guys can have a separate page for gym aunties, kalesh ya. It’s peak petty, savage, hilarious and besti kinda popcorn entertainment," added another user. "Female-only gyms seem like a nightmare to be in. Just resentment and envy in the air the moment you step in," another user wrote.
