Indian Tourists Viral Video: A video going viral on Instagram shows a group breaking into a lively Garba dance right on the viewing deck of Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa. The upbeat Bollywood track "Chogada" from the film Loveyatri plays in the background as men, women, and even kids, all dressed in matching yellow T-shirts, groove together high above the city skyline. The clip, shared by the Instagram page 'the_walking_lens_', first captures the breathtaking view from the deck, showing how insanely high up the group is. Then, the camera pans to the crowd as they suddenly burst into dance, turning the quiet tourist spot into a mini Navratri celebration.
The video was shared with the caption: "A viral video shows tourists dancing to the Chogada song on top of the iconic Burj Khalifa! Would you dance there with your gang?" The dance has now sparked a wave of comments questioning, 'Where is the civic sense?'

The now-viral video, shared three days ago, garnered 697k views from people. While some found it entertaining, many online users weren’t amused. Several netizens slammed the act, calling it attention-seeking and disrespectful. One user wrote, "Stop embarrassing the rest of us!" "Why is this glorified? We must learn to respect the sanctity of public places," a second user added. "NOPE. As a Gujarati, this is embarrassing. I understand you're excited and happy and want to celebrate, but flipping garba anywhere is not. Even gujjus in India don't break into garba at any random place," a third user wrote.
"Wherever you go in UAE, tourist spots, shopping, museums, theme parks, there is an influx of Gujjus all behaving the same, talking extremely loudly, travelling in huge groups, disturbing people around, no civic sense and making all of us look bad!!" added a fourth user. "Gujarati People, No Civic Sense And Shamelessness Go Hand In Hand," a fifth user wrote. "Just got back from Ladakh, I’m sorry but I can’t stand these guys. Loud, mannerless, rude, and entitled behaviour for what?" added another user.
"I understand you're with a large group of friends and you're excited to be in that space. You naturally gravitate toward your comfort zone in garba, and I truly get that. I know you mean no harm, but it can be uncomfortable for others who don’t share that same enthusiasm. Some people are just there to take in the view, click a few pictures, and move on. Forming a large circle and taking up space, even if it seems like a small inconvenience, can feel intrusive and frustrating to those around you," another user added.
