Uttarakhand Viral Video: Sometimes, circumstances force us to face difficult situations to secure a brighter future. A similar video is now making headlines online. Shared on Instagram, the video from Munsiyari, a village in Uttarakhand, shows schoolgirls courageously overcoming daily challenges to attend school. In the viral clip, two Class 9 students can be seen using a rope trolley to cross a river on their own, traveling from one side to the other.
The video starts with a man saying, "Is this how development will happen? This is the system we have in 2025, despite initiatives like 'save the girl child, educate the girl child.'"
He further asked the girls about their school and how long this system had been in place. One of the girls replied that it had been ongoing since she was in 5th grade. The man also inquired about their future dreams. One girl shared her aspiration to join the Indian Army, while the other said she wanted to become a teacher.

The video, shared by Tribhuwan Chauhan on his Instagram account 'tribhchauhan,' was posted three days ago and has already garnered 18.4 million views.
Many users praised the girls' bravery, while others questioned the government's response to the situation. Let's take a look at the comment section to see how netizens are reacting to this.
"Where is the DC or MLA of this area? Where is the location?? Can anyone tag? Extreme irresponsibility can't even complete basic infrastructure needs for the people. Corruption at peak," a user commented. "Bros contribution in pulling the rope is equal to the efforts govt. is putting in building a bridge here," a second user added. "Truly sad and shameful that students still rely on this to reach school, compromising their safety," a third user wrote.
"It connects our village to the village opposite. This trolley was constructed after the tragedy of 2013. In the past years, many people have lost their lives by falling from this trolley. Thank you sir for drawing the attention of the administration towards this," a fourth user commented. "The big thing is that this is the picture of Pithoragarh, the home district of the Chief Minister in the Uttarakhand government, and the same MLA is being elected for the last three times, after the disaster of 2013, there is no one to take care of the villagers in the area, but yes, publicity is being spread. The material is definitely delivered to the village," added a fifth user.
