Son Surprises Mother With CRPF Selection News: Sometimes, life’s biggest moments happen in the simplest places. For Gopal Sawant from Sindhudurg district in Maharashtra, the happiest news of his life was shared not in a fancy hall or at a party, but right on the footpath where his mother sells vegetables every day. Gopal had just been selected for the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and he chose to tell the woman who had worked tirelessly to support his dreams: his mother, at her workplace.

In the viral video, Gopal tells his mother about his achievement. She listens quietly, and soon her eyes well up with tears. "I only wanted him to stand on his own feet," she says softly. The two embrace as their family and friends celebrate the moment, putting colour on them in a joyous display.
