Steve Jobs Handwritten Letter: A letter written by Steve Paul Jobs in 1974, in which the American businessman and co-founder of Apple Inc. expressed his wish to visit the Kumbh Mela, has surfaced on social media. This revelation comes at a time when the Mahakumbh Mela is taking place in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. While Jobs is no longer here to fulfill his dream, his wife, Laurene Powell Jobs, has honoured his wish by visiting the Mahakumbh Mela in Prayagraj. During her 17-day visit to India, she is expected to participate in bhajans, pravachans, and kirtans.

At the Mahakumbh Mela, which is being held after 144 years, numerous famous celebrities from different states and countries attend this grand spiritual event. Among the millions of attendees, Laurene Powell Jobs, wife of Steve Jobs, is also present. Laurene, who has been given the Hindu name “Kamala” by her spiritual guru, Swami Kailashanand Giri, performed various rituals, including the ‘pattabhishek’ for spiritual leader Vyasanand Giri Maharaj.

Steve Jobs Handwritten Letter

The handwritten letter by Steve Jobs is no ordinary piece of correspondence, as it was auctioned for an astounding Rs 4,30,00,000 (Rs 4.3 crore).

In the handwritten letter, Steve Jobs penned down-

Tim,
I have read your letter many times
I do not know what to say.

Many mornings have come and gone people came and went

I have loved and I have cried many times.

Somehow, though, beneath it all it doesn’t change – do you understand?

I am now living on a farm in the mountains between Los Gatos and Santa Cruz. I wish to go to India for the Kumba Mela, which starts in April. I will be leaving sometime in March, not really certain yet. If you desire, and I am still here when you arrive, we can come up here in the mountains together and you can tell me your thoughts and feelings, which I did not fully understand from your letter.

There is a fire in the other room and I am getting cold here. I will end by saying I do not even know where to begin.

Shanti,
Steve Jobs
