Indian street food belongs to that category which can not only make an Indian go crazy for it but can also gain foreign fans who try it once and then crave it for the rest of their lives. And the ever-famous Pani Puri is surely one of the most famous among them all.

Recently, the same 'Pani Puri fever' took over US chef Eitan Bernath, who made a brilliant attempt in making the snack as authentic as possible. And now the same video is ruling social media.

Bernath took to his Instagram handle to share the video, where the finished product, the Pani Puri, looked very delicious and apt, like those of the Indian street vendors.

Explaining his experience, the chef captioned the clip, "Ever since getting back from India in January, I have been trying to step up my Pani Puri (A.K.A. Golgappa) to replicate what I ate while there. Though I could never truly replicate the burst of flavor you get eating the real deal, I think this will hold me over until I go back to India…..NEXT MONTH!!".
