Texas Viral Video: Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations in Texas have now become a hot topic on social media after a video from Lewisville went viral. The clip, shot outside India Bazaar, shows a lively Dhol Tasha performance in the parking lot. While many people enjoyed the festive energy, one local resident strongly objected and even called it a 'public nuisance.

The individual, who tagged city officials and the police on X, argued that such events should be held inside temples instead of open parking areas. In his post, he wrote, “This public nuisance in the USA is becoming a habit by recently immigrated Indians, which needs to be stopped and reported. This is the parking lot of India Bazaar in Lewisville, Texas. I am sure these people have no permission whatsoever. I request you to kindly look into this matter. We have enough temples to do all this; public nuisance shouldn’t be tolerated at any cost.”

The post shared three days ago garnered significant likes, views and comments from people. The complaint suggested that the drummers were performing without permission. However, details on India Bazaar’s official website tell another story. The store had already announced that Dhol Tasha performances were planned across several locations in the US, as part of Ganesh Chaturthi festivities.

"Yes, we also feel the same, listening 5 times a day and on Christmas Eve too much noise, speakers, crackers, etc. Too tired of other religions. Ohh but we being Hindus need to show tolerance to other religions," a user wrote. "To me, it looks like the store owner may have arranged it. Probably to attract more customers," a second user wrote.

"It’s always an indian living in a foreign land and having problems with our culture, ma’am US provides 156 billion to terror agencies to make problems in our country. I’m sure celebrating Ganesh Chaturthi is actually harmless compared to atrocities done by the US over the last 100 years," added a third user. "Hindu culture is best Saar. World should know," added another user.
