Last Road Of India: Mountains… Beaches… Rainforests… Desert… and whatnot, the point is, the list is never-ending as far as travel destinations in India are concerned. All that one needs to do is have some money, and the country will take you on one of the most diverse trips that is beyond imagination. However, where does it all end? Well, practically, it never ends, but geographically, it's in Tamil Nadu’s Dhanushkodi. Yes, the road to Arichal Munai in Dhanushkodi, is considered the ‘last road of India’ in the South, which is as beautiful as it sounds. 

Recently, a video of the very road was shared on social media, which took no time to ‘enchant’ travellers with its picturesque beauty. The said video was captured by Thirumala Sanchari, and was then shared on the social media handle of the ‘Government Of India’. 

The video was shared on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), by the hand ‘mygovindia’. The post was captioned, “Behold the breathtaking beauty! Feast your eyes on the mesmerizing view of India's last road at Dhanushkodi, Tamil Nadu.”

The video, soon after getting shared, went viral in no time. Most people loved the picturesque place, while the others hailed its cleanliness. Some also sang along with the ‘Incredible India’ slogans and the rest expressed their desire to visit the place. The post was shared today and pulled thousands of likes.

Taking to the comment box, people shared their take. “It looks like a Magnificent Shivling! Har Har Mahadev!” a user said. “Vehicles should be banned except for small electric ones to preserve the area,” said a second person. “Shouldn't the road to Indira Point in Andaman be the Last Road of India?” said another. 

“India's last road??? Have you forgotten that Andaman and Nicobar Islands exist?” pointed out another. “Incredible India,” said a fifth person. “This is truly beautiful, but I am confused about the roads on the Indian islands,” said another.

“Truly a heaven to be in. Love how people are enjoying themselves. Plus the place is clean, so people are actually maintaining its beauty. Would love to visit this place someday,” added the next.
