Hyderabad Fancy Number Plates RTA Auction: In Hyderabad, having a fancy number plate on your car is now seen as a sign of style and status. People, including big companies and private car owners, are ready to pay a lot of money for special vehicle numbers. This trend helped the Manikonda RTA office earn a huge Rs 52.6 lakh through a recent number plate auction.
Big Bids For Special Numbers:
Many people took part in the auction, hoping to get their hands on unique and eye-catching numbers. The highest bid of the day was for the number TG 07 R 9999, which was bought by Congruent Developers for Rs 12.49 lakh. Another number, TG 07 AA 0009, was sold to Rudra Infrastructures Pvt Ltd for Rs 8.5 lakh. One more special number, TG 07 AA 0001, went to Fuji Software Solutions for Rs 4.77 lakh.
This auction wasn’t just about spending big, it showed how much people care about having a number plate that stands out. Some people choose numbers they believe are lucky, while others pick them for personal or business reasons. But one thing is clear: fancy numbers are in high demand.
As per reports, RTA officials said that many people are interested in these special numbers. They expect future auctions to be even bigger, with higher bids. What was once just a number on a plate has now become a growing trend and a smart way for the transport department to earn money.
