Viral Video: India is pretty much breathing poison ever since the ‘season’ of crackers entered the ‘picture’. Despite bans and other initiatives that were imposed by the government all over the country, several states still ended up witnessing an alarmingly high AQI, especially in the last few weeks. Amid such polluted air that is reportedly causing health issues for many, some people still resorted to bursting firecrackers for reasons unknown. A video was shared on social media, where a man was seen cracking firecrackers from the inside of his car. However, the celebration was quick to turn into a nightmare after the cracker somewhat ‘backfired’, resulting in ‘fiery explosions’ inside the already passenger-filled vehicle. The exact date and location of the incident could not be confirmed.

As the crackers began to burst inside the car, a few people managed to get out of the vehicle. The video has been floating on the internet ever since it has been shared. Most people called the end ‘befitting’, while some questioned the very need of even cracking firecrackers amid such a harmful AQI.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “Probably Gods have had enough of this nonsense in their names,” a user said. “Bro, that was unexpected,” added a second person. “Those are the real hazards of crackers which need to be highlighted....The environment is secondary to human life,” added a third person.

“I understand that this must have left people injured, but they had this coming. Why were they even cracking firecrackers like that? Also, why are people still stuck in firecrackers, can’t you see the AQI?” added another. “Horrifying. We love to burst crackers, but crackers don't love us back for that,” added another.
