Viral Video: Kids either act like a ‘tiny devil without horns’, or will be the sweetest angels one has ever seen, there is surely no in-between. And social media is the perfect platform to prove the same. The internet is full of content where kids can do anything and everything almost anywhere, all because they ‘wanted to do’ so. From toddlers ‘accidentally’ playing with snakes to using cuss words in apt situations without knowing their meanings, social media is full of it all. However, going against the usual ‘being a kid act’, a young boy left the internet melted with his wholesome reaction after he found out that his house was not decorated for his mother’s birthday.
Unlike many others, this one, as soon as he entered the house with next to no birthday preparation, broke into tears for his mother. The heartbreaking yet beautiful moment was captured on the house’s ring camera, which was shared on social media. The video went viral and left people feeling emotional for the kid and the mother.
The video was shared on the social media platform Instagram, by the handle ‘Tara Woodcox’. The post was captioned, “His reaction. I wasn’t expecting it.”

The video went viral and left people feeling sad for the mom. Most, on the other hand, found the kid adorable for his ‘maturity and emotions’. People also found the video relatable and called it ‘sadly normal’ for mothers, while the rest sympathised with the mother for having to celebrate a ‘dry birthday’. The video was shared a while back and pulled 198K likes from people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their views. “That kid really appreciates his mom!” a user said. “He was sad because he knows mom deserved to be happy and surprised like he does on his birthday,” commented a second user. “Cause mom is the reason the party is always set up,” joined a third person. “Sweet boy loves his mama and knows she deserves everything,” added next.
“Hope the dad feels ashamed and steps up,” added another. “Poor mom has to decorate for her own party and now fix his giant little heart,” added the sixth user. “Why is it not set up yet- poor baby didn't know what to think of his life after that,” said a seventh.
“That boy’s future partner will never have to fill her own stocking at Christmas,” wrote the next. “Mom’s bdays are like the empty Christmas stocking. Always a bit sad,” said another.
