Viral Video: In one of the most ‘Florida-like’ incidents, a video went viral on the internet for an adorable reason and left the entire social media laughing. And no, it has nothing to do with some cute or harmless creature but rather involves one of the most feared reptiles; an alligator. Confused? Let us elaborate. A man, while playing around with a tiny alligator, found out that the reptile acted much like a cat when he began to point a laser beam around the animal. The little scaled reptile began to bite the laser but as if it was tangible. The video of the same, despite involving a deadly reptile, left many with melted hearts as people compared the reptile with a cat, due to the felines’ similar reaction to lasers.
The post was shared on the social media site Instagram, by the handle ‘Pubity’. The post was captioned, “A Florida swamp kitty.”

The video is widely doing rounds on the internet as it intrigued many and won several hearts. Many dubbed the alligator a ‘swamp kitten’, while others called it adorable. Many also called it a ‘regular thing’ for Florida. The video was shared a few hours ago and pulled 130 views by netizens.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “All fun in games until the mom catches you messing with her kid like that,” a user said. “Calling it a swamp kitty is wild tho,” said a next. “Florida man would beat this gator for sure,” said another. “Casual day in the life of Florida man playing with his pet,” added a next. “I thought that was a swamp puppy but now I know,” said another.
