Viral Video: A good rain is all that the country was praying for just a few months back, until the rain actually came and ‘decided’ to NOT stop. Incessant rainfall has left the country stuck as from streets to houses, everything is flooding. Amid waterlogging becoming one of the major issues that Indians are facing, several videos have come forward on social media, resulting in increased panic among people. Adding yet another example as to why Indians are worried about their safety, a clip was recently shared online, where triple riding bikers fell face first as their bike overturned in a floodwater-submerged Delhi street. The video quickly went viral on the internet as people had a lot to say.

The video, after being shared, pulled major reactions. Some found the incident hilarious and shared jokes on the same, while a few blamed the Government for waterlogging. Many also cautioned people to stay alert during the monsoon season, especially when on the road.

The video was shared on X (formerly Twitter), by the handle ‘SachinGuptaUP’. The post was captioned, “ It is difficult to say where the pit of "development" is hidden in Delhi. Statutory warning: Drive in the rain at your own risk.” The video was shared 2 days ago and pulled 146K views from people.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “If you ride a bike on a road filled with water like the Hydrofoiler XE-1, a bike that runs in the sea, then you will have to enjoy it, right?” a user said. “This is the condition of every state. We cannot blame the government. You can drive at a slow speed and if not needed, avoid it,” commented a second person.

“The government is preparing the youth for the Olympics. If they fall into potholes, they will be prepared for sports like gymnastics, swimming in floods, etc,” added another. “Such development pitfalls are omnipresent. To move ahead, one has to take risks,” commented a fourth person.
