Bizarre Food Experiment Viral Video: Have you ever come across wood-flavoured ice cream? A recent viral video, showing the process of making this bizarre food experiment was shared online. The video, shared by Justin Davies, a digital creator, can be heard saying, “I’m back to boiling chunks of wood in a pot of cream because I can’t stop making wood-flavoured ice cream.” He goes on to explain, “After chopping, toasting, infusing, and straining the wood chunks, the base is now ready to be used for the ice cream.”
Later in the video, Justin used a cold smoker to add cedar smoke to the chocolate. He then molds silicone impressions of Western Redcedar leaves and cones. Once the smoked chocolate was properly tempered, he poured it into the molds, shaping the chocolate into chips resembling leaves and cones.
