Gaurav Taneja Viral Video: Just a few days ago, all everyone could talk about were the ugly divorce rumours between popular YouTuber Gaurav Taneja and his wife Ritu Rathee. From videos of Rathee questioning her marriage at a spiritual event to Reddit posts accusing Taneja of cheating on his wife, many instances were floating around, giving rise to a clear split among the fanbase where some were against the couple while the rest expressed support for them during their ‘difficult times’. The matter only further became public when the two shared posts addressing the matter, and somewhat confirmed the ‘separation’ rumours. However, things were quick to take a 180-degree turn, after Taneja suddenly began to share posts with Rathee, celebrating festivals like Karwa Chauth.
Apart from the Karwa Chauth video, the YouTuber who is more popular by the name Flying Beast, also shared a ‘clarification’ video where he was seen speaking on the matter being private to them. The clips went viral, but not for good reasons. Most people called the couple ‘hungry for views’, while the rest dubbed their fight a drama to create more internet engagement. Many also blamed them for the drama as they themself made everything public.
The videos were shared on Instagram, by the handle ‘Gaurav Taneja (Flying Beast)’. One of the posts was captioned, “For those who genuinely love us. Not trying to change anyone’s opinion. Everyone is free to have an independent opinion and we respect that.” “To everyone reading this, your parents must have also gone through some tough times in their marriage and might not have even disclosed it to you (immediate family). Message is clear, jab tumhare maa baap ne tumhe apne relation mein nahi ghusaya, to please hum kaise ghusaye. Every sensible person would understand this,” read another post.

Taking to the comment section, people shared their take. “Maturity when you realise Dhruv Rathee was right,” a user said. “My only question is why did you show social media when people have different opinions why did you feel insecure and come to correct? Keep private,” commented a second person.
“U want people to talk hence u putting out on social media,” added a second person. “Man.. there was a time when I followed this guy for his authentic fitness advice,” added a third person. “Personal things were made public by them only,” added a fourth person. “We need only Divorce now !! No clarifications,” added another.
