Anshula eats overnight soaked oats and adds lactose-free milk, a pinch of cinnamon, 5 almonds, 1 scoop protein powder, 5 walnuts, 1 tablespoon of flax seeds, 1 tab a teaspoon sunflower seeds, pomegranate and berries.
Another idea includes 2 egg whites with spinach, basil, mushroom, onion, tomato, and amaranth bread with black coffee.
Fruits like- pomegranate, berries, red grapes, soaked almonds, coffee and 1 full egg on toasted amaranth bread.
Besan chilla with turmeric powder, carrot, spinach, onion, coriander, capsicum, tomatoes, green beans, coriander mint chutney with coconut water and nuts.
Anshula eats amaranth and flax seed soft taco tacos with tofu, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, onions, avocado, capsicum, soaked almonds, coriander and mint sauce.
