Two large ripe bananas, two medium boiled and mashed potatoes, half cup of breadcrumbs, one finely chopped green chili, one teaspoon of grated ginger and two tablespoons of finely chopped coriander leaves.
Half teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, half teaspoon of chaat masala, salt, and oil for shallow frying.
Boil raw bananas and potatoes in a pressure cooker for three to four whistles. Let them cool, peel, and mash well.
Add green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, lemon juice, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt to the mashed mixture. Mix well.
Make small balls from the mixture and shape them into cutlets.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides.
