GYM ROUTINE

Daisy hits the gym regularly to maintain her fitness. She undergoes Electric Muscle Stimulation (EMS) which is a total body workout.

CYCLING

The actress also loves cycling and go for a cycle ride once in a while. Moreover, she do kickboxing to burn fat and to build overall strength.

YOGA

Daisy performs yoga as it provides balance, flexibility and strength to her body. It is one of the main part of her fitness regimen.

AERIAL EXCERISES

GHAR KA KHANA

Daisy prefers only home cooked food and consumes ghar ka khana. She have only two meals a day as she skips her breakfast.

CHEAT MEAL

Her favourite cheat meal is pancakes and pastries which she enjoys on her cheat days and have them in her breakfast.
