Dipika's initial months of pregnancy were quite difficult and she was advised to take a complete bed rest. During her first trimester, she consumed only homemade food as a healthy diet.
Dipika replaced her wheat roti with jowar or nachni paratha as she faced gastric issues with wheat.
Fresh fruits, milk and nuts are an important part of her daily diet as it boost her energy level and they are nutritious as well.
Dipika also took small walks in her initial period and gradually, she increased her walking duration which reached to an hour.
The actress go to the gym for walking and stretching. She walks on the treadmill and do stretching for a better flexibility.
