To make pineapple panna, you need three cups of chopped pineapple, four tsp of vinegar, half tsp of turmeric, half tsp of pepper and one tsp of black salt.
Two litres of water, one cup of sugar, one tsp of roasted cumin powder, salt to taste, a handful of mint leaves, a few ice cubes and chilled water.
Take a big pan and place it on a medium flame. Add pineapple, water, vinegar, sugar, turmeric, chilli powder, pepper, cumin powder, black salt and salt.
Cook the mixture for 15 minutes until the pineapple gets tender. Take it off the flame and let it cool completely before blending.
Take a blender, add the mix and blend it to form a puree. You can keep this mixture in the refrigerator for around 2-3 weeks and enjoy it anytime.
Take a glass, add mint leaves, ice cubes and pour the puree as required. Top it up with chilled water and stir it nicely. Enjoy the refreshing drink.
