Ileana is a food lover but always focuses on healthy food. She eats 4-5 small meals to stay fit.
In between her meals, She drinks coconut water to keep her body well-hydrated.
Ileana takes a heavy breakfast which includes- bread, eggs and coffee.
She consumes high-protein food during her lunch. Foods like chicken or fish, green vegetables, dals, rice and chapatti.
In the evening she consumes tea and some biscuits.
The actress eats chapatti, vegetables and dal at dinner which she takes last by 8 pm.
