One morning ritual that Mahima Makwana never skips is warm water with lemon and honey as it cleanses the system.

Breakfast

Mahima is a person who loves food. Her breakfast includes a protein packed simple diet like Poha, boiled eggs, omelette, bread or Upma.

Lunch

Mahima Makwana's lunch includes equal portions of protein, carbs and fibre. She eats chicken, paneer or soybean with chapati, bread or brown rice. She never forgets green salads in Lunch.

Mid- Evening Snack

For the evening snack, Mahima likes to eat paneer or chicken sandwich. Sometimes she also has veggie rolls and roasted makhana for her evening hunger.

Dinner

Mahima includes a very light diet for dinner. She keeps a bowl of veggies, daal and small portions of brown rice and half chapati.
