Ingredients

You will need one and a half cups of whole wheat flour, one cup of chopped moringa leaves, one tablespoon of carom seeds, one-fourth of a tablespoon of turmeric powder, salt to taste, water, and oil or ghee for cooking.

Mix the whole wheat flour, moringa leaves, carom seeds, turmeric powder, and salt together.

Step two

Slowly add water and knead it into a smooth dough. Allow it to rest for 10-15 minutes.

Split the dough into small portions and roll each portion into a thin circle.

Step four

Heat a tava or non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the paratha for 30 seconds, then flip it. Brush oil or ghee on top and continue cooking until golden brown spots form.
