Kapoor manages her work and achieved a target of walking 10,000 steps a week.

Kapoor consumes healthy meals after every 2 hours which include- fruits, nuts, vegetables and vegetable juice
The actress uses olive oil to saute her veggies and only 1 tablespoon of ghee is allowed to cook her meals.
