Nushrratt has a sassy zero figure in the B-town. Let's take a look at her fitness and diet secrets.

GYM ROUTINE

Nushrratt strictly maintains her gym routine and performs functional training exercises which mainly includes cardio, deadlift, band squats, lunges and pull-ups.

YOGA

She does yoga to keep her mind calm and body flexible. Zumba is also a part of her daily fitness regime.

PILATES

The actress is a Pilates lover. It improves her posture, provides flexibility and strength in the body.

BREAKFAST

Nushrratt never skips her meals. She consumes green tea, quinoa pancake, seasonal fruits and egg with wholegrain bread.

LUNCH
