RHEA CHAKRABORTY FITNESS & DIET

Rhea has a fab physique in the B-Town. She always inspires her fans to stay fit. Take a look at her workout and diet routine which she swears by.

YOGA

Rhea starts her day with yoga which marks the positive beginning. She is committed to yoga for a calm and healthy body.

INTENSE WORKOUT ROUTINE

Then, she do intensity workout routine which involves a mixture of exercises like barbell, lunges, kickboxing to strengthen her core.

DANCE & PILATES

On weekends, Rhea prefers to do dance Kathak or Pilates. She also performs Krav Maga as a measure of self-defense.

BREAKFAST

For breakfast, Rhea consumes coconut water along with dosa, poha or upma.

LUNCH

She eats only home-cooked food and her lunch consists of a bowl of rice with vegetables.

DINNER

Her dinner includes simple food i.e. sabzi and roti or sometimes Asian food.

FRUITS & NUTS ARE NECESSARY

Rhea makes sure that she eats lots of fruits and dry fruits to keep her body nutritious and strong.
