WORKOUT ROUTINE

Sanjana never misses her gym routine as to keep her body fit and strong, She go the gym regularly.

YOGA

The actress is die hard fan of yoga especially aerial yoga which she practices for about 20 or 30 minutes everyday.

PILATES

Sanjana also loves doing Pilates and it has to be in her fitness routine. It greatly helps in building core and muscle strength.

BREAKFAST

For breakfast, she consumes bread and egg or poha, dhokla. Sometimes, her morning meal gets divided into two because she gets hungry on shoots.

LUNCH

Sanjana prefers simple dal, sabzi and roti for lunch. Aloo in any sabzi is her favourite dish which she relishes.

DINNER

She loves non-vegetarian. Thus, her dinner consists of chicken curry or or fish curry or kebabs or continental like pasta. So, it's wholesome.
