Sanjeeda Shaikh has the perfect toned body in the Telly town. She looks so fit and fab even at the age of 38. From her workout regime to diet plan, let's take a look at her fitness mantras.

WORKOUT ROUTINE

Sanjeeda hits the gym on a regular basis to burn her calories through different forms of workouts.

YOGA & DANCING

She also does yoga to improve balance, flexibility and strength in the body. Dancing is her go-to cardio exercise which, she enjoys greatly.

CYCLING & KICKBOXING

To keep her lower body toned and to stay fit, she do cycling which is another great physical activity. On weekends, she performs kickboxing which helps in the weight loss.

BREAKFAST

Sanjeeda consumes balanced diet consisting of proteins and carbohydrates. Her breakfast includes an egg omelette with multigrain bread and some dry fruits.

LUNCH AND DINNER
