She also does yoga to improve balance, flexibility and strength in the body. Dancing is her go-to cardio exercise which, she enjoys greatly.
To keep her lower body toned and to stay fit, she do cycling which is another great physical activity. On weekends, she performs kickboxing which helps in the weight loss.
Sanjeeda consumes balanced diet consisting of proteins and carbohydrates. Her breakfast includes an egg omelette with multigrain bread and some dry fruits.
