She used to eat the same foods for lunch and dinner while trying to lose weight. On her diet chart, she did not list a range of foods.
Shehnaaz Gill modified her eating habits to lose weight. She used to only eat half of what she wanted. For example, she merely consumed one roti rather than two.
It’s advised to increase your liquid intake when losing weight. Shehnaz Gill used to drink a lot of water throughout the day. She also consumed milk and tea two times a day.
Another major thing that she did was to cut out non-vegetarian foods like chocolate and ice cream from her diet.
Shehnaaz strictly cut down on ghee or butter from her diet. She did not consume any kind of fat in her diet.
