SHRIYA SARAN FITNESS & DIET

Shriya Saran has a perfect slim and toned body even at the age of 40. Take a look at her fitness routine and diet which she follows.

CIRCUIT TRAINING

To keep her body fit and strong, she undergoes a high intensity circuit training that includes back extensions, lunges, squats and push-ups.

YOGA & SWIMMING

Shriya loves doing yoga and she is a notable yoga instructor too. Apart from it, she also do swimming as to perform a whole body workout.

CARDIO ROUTINE

Shriya loves to exercise outside, not in a gym. Thus, for cardio, she runs and jogs for about 20-25 minutes every day.

MORNING MEAL

She starts her day with a glass of orange juice that really helps to get a good skin. Then, she had a masala omelette, porridge and a paratha.

LUNCH & DINNER

Her daily meal includes simple home cooked food ie. dal, sabzi and roti with grilled fish.

GOOD SLEEP

Shriya never compromise on sleep as she believes a good sleep is necessary for good health.
