To make classic bael sharbat, take one wood apple (bael), ½ cup of fresh mint leaves, two tbsp of sugar, ¼ tsp of black salt, ½ tsp of roasted cumin powder and three tbsp of lemon juice.
Start the process by cracking a wood apple. Extract the pulp from the wood apple and then divide it into two portions.
Blend the portion of pulp with water thoroughly until the mixture turns smooth. Take a strainer and strain it to remove seeds or residue.
Once you have strained the pulp, add roasted cumin powder, black salt and lemon juice. Stir the mixture thoroughly.
Take a glass, add mint leaves and ice cubes to it. Now, pour the mixture into a glass and then top it up with a lemon slice.
Serve the Bael Sharbat in different glasses and enjoy it with your friends or family. You are ready to beat the heat!
