You need 200gms black currant, 1.5 cup milk, 1.5 cups heavy whipped cream, 2 tablespoon maple syrup, 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract and a pinch of tablespoon salt.
Add maple syrup and black currants in a saucepan and cook it until both ingredients get mixed on medium heat.
Keep the mixture aside in the fridge and let it cool for some time.
Then combine cream, maple syrup, salt and vanilla extract together in an ice cream maker.
Add the kept-aside mixture to the ice cream maker and mix it until the consistency becomes thick and creamy.
After getting the required consistency, transfer it into a container and freeze it for 4-5 hours.
Your fresh and delicious black currant ice cream is ready to eat!
