Three to four cups of cooked rice, two cups of water, lemon juice, salt, one tablespoon mustard seeds, one tablespoon urad dal, red and green chillies, curry leaves, hing, turmeric powder, cashew, peanuts, sesame oil.
Take a pan and heat sesame oil. Roast peanuts and cashews until they turn golden in colour.
After removing these nuts, add a little sesame oil and put mustard seeds. Let them crackle in the pan for some time.
Add urad dal to these seeds and fry both the items till the dal gets a golden colour. Keep the flame on low.
Add your preferred chillies, curry leaves, any masala you like, along with turmeric and hing powder.
Take this mixture along with the fried nuts and put it over the cooled rice. Mix them thoroughly. You can serve it hot.
