United States President Donald Trump on Friday announced a new role for Vice President JD Vance, calling him a “Fraud Czar.” Vance has been tasked with investigating "fraud" in the US but majorly in Democratic-run states like California, Illinois, Minnesota, Maine and New York. The announcement comes at a time when Trump has been firing his cabinet ministers.
Trump Appoints Vance As 'Fraud Czar'
In a post on Truth Social, Trump outlined what Vance would be doing in his new role. Vance will be taking the lead on addressing what the Trump administration describes as widespread “fraud.” According to Trump, Vance will be involved in coordinating efforts with particular attention on “blue” states where the administration believes fraudulent practices have occurred.
What's The New Role?
As a “FRAUD CZAR,” Vance will work with officials across the federal government to investigate and combat what they allege to be significant misuse of taxpayer funds. Trump emphasised that if the operation is successful it would help to “balance” the budget of the United States. He also stated that raids have already begun in Los Angeles.
“Vice President JD Vance is now in charge of “FRAUD” in the United States. It is massive and pervasive, and the job he will be doing, in conjunction with many great people within the Trump Administration, will be a major factor in how great the future of our Country will be. We will call him the “FRAUD CZAR,” and his focus will be “EVERYWHERE,” but primarily in those Blue States where CROOKED DEMOCRAT POLITICIANS, like those in California, Illinois, Minnesota (Somalia beware!), Maine, New York, and many others, have had a “free for all” in the unprecedented theft of Taxpayer Money,” Trump wrote.
Wishing Vance good luck in his new role, Trump added, “The numbers are so large that, if successful, we would literally be able to balance our American Budget. Raids have already started in L.A. Good Luck JD!”
