Elon Musk's ex-girlfriend and Canadian Singer Grimes has publicly called on Elon Musk to respond to their child’s medical emergency, claiming the tech billionaire has ignored her private attempts to communicate. Grimes, whose real name is Claire Boucher, took to X to plead with Musk.

Grimes in her X post stated that their child faces potential lifelong health consequences if urgent action is not taken. “Plz respond about our child's medical crisis. I am sorry to do this publicly but it is no longer acceptable to ignore this situation,” she wrote. She further urged Musk to designate someone to handle the matter if he refused to engage with her directly.

In a now-deleted follow-up post, Grimes expressed frustration over Musk's lack of response to her texts, calls, and emails. She stated he had skipped every scheduled meeting, adding, “I'm not giving any details, but he won't respond… and our child will suffer life-long impairment if he doesn't respond ASAP.”

Grimes later deleted her posts, citing concerns that they were being “shadow banned” and might not reach Musk or elicit a response. “All it is is a media circus at the expense of the kids,” she wrote in reply to a fan.

The child, Tau Techno Mechanicus Musk, is one of three children Grimes shares with Musk. She previously accused the SpaceX and Tesla CEO of treating their eldest son, X AE A-XII, like a “prop.”

Meanwhile, Musk was last seen at the 2025 Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC), where he made headlines by brandishing a chainsaw while wearing a black MAGA hat. He boasted about his role as the head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), a Trump administration initiative aimed at cutting government spending. Addressing the crowd, Musk declared, “I am become meme.”
