A disturbing viral video of a Bangladeshi Islamist warning to carry out Taliban-style suicide bombings in Kolkata has sparked outrage on social media, evoking rage and grave security concerns. In the hate speech, the man uses derogatory language towards Hindus and extols jihad violence, calling for terror attacks in the very center of West Bengal. The 2-minute video sparked outrage on social media, where the man, talking in Bengali, makes spine-chilling threats, stating that he would send suicide bombers to Kolkata if given the go-ahead by the Bangladesh Army.
Islamist Makes Suicide Bombing Threats, Disrespects Hinduism
If the Bangladesh army says to me now, 'Go and capture Kolkata,' I'll make a plan. Why would I need 70 fighter jets? I wouldn't even use seven. I know who resides there- people who worship statues," the Islamist is heard saying in the video, ridiculing Hindu religious practices. He also made slanderous remarks, stating, "I know their favourite food is filth – urine, dung, and turtles. I know how weak they are physically and how little faith they have. These statue worshippers are afraid of blood." The man consistently addresses Hindus as "Kafirs" and says he would like them to be killed via jihad. He lauds the suicide bombing tactics of the Taliban and asserts that he would use the same tactic to attack Kolkata.

Taliban Tactics To Justify Violence
“Islamic Ayat says – die first, then kill. Gen Z may ask how that’s possible. But that’s what the Taliban did – strapped bombs to their bodies and rode bikes into army camps. They got shot, but didn’t die instantly. They crashed into walls, causing massive blasts and killing hundreds,” he said. He made false assertions that such methods resulted in the defeat of two superpowers, America and Russia, in Afghanistan. The 2-minute undated video has sparked outrage on social media, with users calling for action from Indian and Bangladeshi authorities alike.
The video surfaced amid heightened tensions in India following the Pahalgam terror attack that killed 26 tourists. India recently conducted ‘Operation Sindoor’, targeting nine terror camps across Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) in response.
