Ukraine Russia War: Even after Russia's clear warning threatening the use of nuclear weapons, Ukrainian forces carried out a strike in Moscow's territory using the long-range missile provided by the United States, a Daily Mail report stated on Tuesday. The deadly ATACMS missile reportedly struck an ammunition storage facility in Karachev, 77 kilometres inside the Russian border in the Bryansk region, the report claimed, adding that it was an early morning strike.
The massive explosion, which lit up the night sky, was captured in videos taken from several miles away, the UK-based news outlet claimed citing several accounts of eyewitnesses and Russian bloggers.
The controversial use of US-supplied long-range missiles by Ukraine came as the Kremlin earlier made it clear that if Kyiv uses such a weapon then it would resort to using the nuclear weapon against the adversaries.
'The Russian Federation reserves the right to use nuclear weapons in the event of aggression with the use of conventional weapons against it,' Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov told reporters in Russia this morning, TASS news service reported.

The new nuclear doctrine, which is aimed to deter Ukraine from striking deeper inside the Kremlin's territory, says that a conventional weapon attack on Russia by a country backed by a nuclear-armed state will be viewed as a combined attack by all the adversaries.
The significant change in Russian nuclear doctrine was being viewed as a deterrence to Ukraine. However, with the use of long-range ATACMS missiles deep inside Russian territory, Ukraine disclosed its intentions of not holding back due to nuclear war threats.
NATO Holding Military Exercise Miles From Russian Border
As the security situation across the Black Sea and the Baltics deteriorates, NATO has started one of its biggest-ever military exercises just 70 miles off the Russian border with several member armies participating.

As per the Daily Mail report, United Kingdom military leadership has hinted at the testing of a game-changing war weapon currently ongoing during the exercise.
