Hyundai India is all set to launch the Creta mid-size SUV for the Indian market on January 16. However, ahead of the official launch, the South Korean automaker has revealed the popular Hyundai Creta facelift. The 2024 Hyundai Creta gets a completely revamped exterior, new interior features and mechanical changes as well.  The 2024 Creta will be available in seven variants: E, EX, S, S(O), SX, SX Tech, and SX(O). Bookings for the upcoming Hyundai Creta facelift commenced from January 2 onwards by paying a booking amount of Rs 25,000.

2024 Hyundai Creta Facelift - Exterior Design

Prior to the reveal, Hyundai India has been sharing multiple teasers of the 2024 Creta and it has also been spotted testing several times. The exterior design of the new Creta facelift features a brand new grille, an updated headlight and DRL design and a redesigned bumper at the front of the mid-size SUV. At the back, it gets a completely revamped taillight unit with a connected light bar. It will come in a choice of six monotone and one dual-tone exterior paint options.

2024 Hyundai Creta Facelift - Interiors 

Recently, Hyundai India had also shared the interior images of the 2024 Creta, revealing some key features about its cabin. It is set to receive a fully redesigned dashboard with twin 10.25-inch displays for both the instrument cluster and infotainment system. It will also incorporate a new touchscreen unit that will be used for the climate control system. Additionally, the passenger-side air conditioning vent is now seamlessly incorporated into a glossy black horizontal strip across the dashboard.

2024 Hyundai Creta Facelift - Powertrain 

Talking about the engine specs of the 2024 Hyundai Creta, it is likely that it will be offered with three engine choices - a 1.5 litre petrol engine, a 1.5 litre diesel engine and 1.5 litre turbo petrol engine. However, the turbo-petrol engine will be offered exclusively on the top-level trims of the Creta facelift. Transmission choices will include a six-speed manual, IVT (Intelligent Variable Transmission), seven-speed DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission) and six-speed Automatic transmission.
