2026 Hyundai Ioniq Range: The 2026 Hyundai Ioniq 5 has been launched in India with prices starting from Rs 55.7 lakh (ex-showroom). The South Korean car manufacturer has upgraded its electric SUV in terms of battery, design, safety, and features. The Ioniq 5 was launched in India in 2023, and the facelift model marks its first major upgrade. Let’s take a look at all the changes the Hyundai Ioniq 5 has received.
Hyundai Ioniq 5: Design
The Hyundai Ioniq 5 has received subtle changes in terms of design. While the electric SUV by Hyundai retains its overall contour as the previous generation model, it gets redesigned front and rear bumpers that provide an enhanced, bold and sporty look. It also gets new LED lights with a V-shaped garnish, robust bash plates at the front and rear, and a new set of alloy wheels.

Hyundai Ioniq 5: Interior & Features
The Hyundai Ioniq 5 has received several changes in terms of its interior. The electric SUV by Hyundai gets a 3-spoke steering wheel with illuminated four dots in the centre, and it also gets a heating function. Additionally, it also features a dual display setup with a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a similarly sized fully digital instrument cluster. It also features a redesigned wireless smartphone charger with physical controls for ventilated and heated seats. The Ioniq 5 also comes equipped with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay connectivity, connected car navigation cockpit, active sound design, and more. The brand has also added features such as parking collision avoidance assist and parking distance warning.

Hyundai Ioniq 5: Range & Specs
The Hyundai Ioniq 5 comes equipped with a new and larger battery pack. The new Hyundai Ioniq 5 is powered by an 84 kWh battery pack, and it has an ARAI-claimed range of up to 690 kilometres, once charged completely. The battery pack is paired with a rear-wheel drive setup, and it generates a peak power and torque output of 215 hp and 350 Nm, respectively.
