2026 Kia Sonet: New Automatic Variants
The brand claims that the Kia Sonet has become the only SUV in its segment to offer both the 6-speed automatic transmission and the 7-speed Dual-Clutch Transmission (7-DCT) under Rs 10 lakh in the Indian market. The 6-Speed automatic transmission option will be offered exclusively with the Diesel engine, and it is now available with variants such as HTE(O), HTK(O), HTK+, and HTK+(O) variants, alongside 1.0-litre Turbo Petrol 7DCT options in HTK(O) and HTK+(O).

2026 Kia Sonet: Variant-Wise Pricing
As informed earlier, the brand has extended the automatic transmission variants with the launch of the 2026 Kia Sonet. The automatic transmission variants of the Kia Sonet are priced between Rs 9.78 lakh (ex-showroom) and Rs 10.84 lakh (ex-showroom). 2026 Kia Sonet: New Colour & Features
The brand has also launched the new Magma Red colour with the 2026 Kia Sonet. The 2026 Kia Sonet retains all of the features offered with the current generation model of the SUV. It comes equipped with features such as a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, along with a similarly sized fully digital driver’s display. It also features a Level 1 ADAS suite, 6-airbags, and more than 50 connected car features.
