Aprilia SR 175:  Aprilia, the Italian motorcycle and scooter manufacturer, is planning to expand its lineup in India. Recently, an Aprilia SR 175 scooter was spotted at a dealership in the country, which suggests that the brand is gearing up to launch the powerful scooter soon. Here we are sharing information about the features, design, and Engine of the upcoming Aprilia SR 175 scooter.

Aprilia SR 175: Engine

The Aprilia SR 175 is expected to offer a bigger engine, and as per several media reports, it will draw its power from a 174.7cc single-cylinder engine. The engine offered with the SR 175 is expected to develop a peak power of 12.92 hp and 14.14 Nm of torque. While the engine will be bigger, the scooter is expected to feature a similar platform to the Aprilia SR 160.

Aprilia SR 175: Design

The Aprilia SR 175 is expected to derive most of its styling elements from the SR 160 scooter of the brand. The scooter will feature a sleek and sporty design, similar to the Aprilia SR 160 scooter. The scooter is also expected to share its underpinnings with its smaller sibling. The image from the dealership suggests that the scooter will also feature the colour theme from the Rs 457 and Tuono 457 motorcycles.

Aprilia SR 175: Expected Price

The Aprilia SR 175 is expected to get major changes in terms of features over the SR 160. It will get a new TFT panel, which allows Bluetooth connectivity. It is also expected to offer calls/SMS alerts and navigation. The SR 175 was recently spotted at a dealership, which indicates that the scooter can be launched as early as next month in the country. We expect the Aprilia SR 175 to be priced at Rs 1.34 lakhs (Ex-showroom).
