Asia Cup 2025: Indian Cricketer Abhishek Sharma, with 314 runs in 7 matches at a strike rate of 200, capped off the Asia Cup 2025 as the Player of the Tournament. With India clinching their 9th Asia Cup title by beating Pakistan by 5 wickets in the final on September 28, Abhishek Sharma drove away in style. As part of the official post-match ceremony at the Dubai International Stadium, Sharma, the left-handed batter, was awarded the new Haval H9 SUV for his impactful batting throughout the tournament. Haval is a successful brand owned by China's automobile maker, Great Wall Motor, and the H9 is the flagship SUV from the brand. In the international market, the Haval H9 ranges from 1,25,000 to 1,40,000 SAR (Saudi Riyal), translating to Rs 29 lakh–Rs 33 lakh. 

Abhishek Sharma's Haval H9: Engine, Output

Powering the Haval H9 is a 2.0-litre turbocharged petrol engine, paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox and a 4WD system. The engine is tuned to produce 214bhp and 380Nm of torque. Off-road credentials include seven terrain modes and front and rear differential locks.

On the inside, the Haval H9 features a 14.6-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, along with a 10.25-inch digital driver's display. A panoramic sunroof, keyless entry, a leather steering wheel, a 6-way electrically adjustable driver's seat (with memory and lumbar support), front ventilated seats, dual-zone climate control, rear AC vents, and wireless charging also form part of the package. 

Safety-wise, the SUV offers 6 airbags, an electronic parking brake (with auto hold), adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, blind spot monitoring, autonomous emergency braking, a 360-degree camera, and ISOFIX seats.

The ladder-frame Haval H9 SUV measures 4,950mm in length, 1,930mm in width and 1,960mm in height. It has a 224mm ground clearance and an 800mm water wading capacity.
