Audi Nuvolari Concept:  Audi, the German car manufacturer, has unveiled its first supercar with a high-performance hybrid powertrain, the Audi Nuvolari. The brand has incorporated its Formula 1 technologies into the Nuvolari, which will be a limited-run product with just 499 units. It is worth mentioning that the Nuvolari is not the successor of the iconic Audi R8. Let’s take a look at what the Audi Nuvolari has on offer.

Audi Nuvolari 2026: Exterior

Audi Nuvolari features sculpted body lines, pixel-shaped LED headlights and taillights, along with a rectangular grille and titanium paint finish. The Nuvolari draws inspiration from the brand’s Concept C, which was unveiled in 2025. The Nuvolari also features large air intakes below the headlights and behind the doors, and these bits are inspired by the Audi R8. The exterior of the Nuvolari also includes aggressive diffusers, centre lock alloy wheels, and a blacked-out bonnet duct.

Audi Nuvolari 2026: The Engine

The Audi Nuvolari 2026 is powered by the same plug-in hybrid mill that is used in the Lamborghini Temerario. The engine combines a 4-litre twin-turbo V8 with 800 hp and triple electric motors with a 7.3 kWh battery pack together to generate peak power output of 1,001 hp. The power is distributed among all four wheels through the brand’s quattro All-Wheel Drive (AWD) system. The brand claims that the Nuvolari can sprint from 0-100 km/h in just 2.6 seconds, and it can reach 200 km/h in just 6.8 seconds. The Audi Nuvolari 2026 has a top speed of more than 350 km/h.
